It’s no secret that energy companies actively recruit veterans for the aptitudes and skill sets they offer, not limited to leadership, adaptability, initiative, and drive. Statistics show that military spouses have tremendous experience to share with employers, but they are often underemployed, because they may only be available for a two to four-year span.
