Energy Naviator EnergyAccelerator was created as a flexible, classroom-ready resource to jumpstart learning in the Energy & Natural Resources (ENR) Career Cluster. Designed as an educational kick-starter, EnergyAccelerator provides upskilling resources to support teachers and engage students with ENR content immediately.

To ensure fairness, all submissions to EnergyAccelerator are reviewed on an annual basis. If your content is selected for inclusion in Accelerator, you will receive an email from our team.

These courses focus on the technical side of energy systems and the infrastructure that delivers power. Courses address renewable and conventional energy technologies, integrated system design, grid management, and utilities operations—equipping students to understand, develop, or improve energy systems at scale.

Natural Resourcesi

These courses focus on how natural resources are sourced, managed, and sustained, examining the oil and gas industry alongside broader sustainable development strategies. Learners gain an understanding of resource extraction, market forces, and stewardship practices necessary for balancing energy demands with ecological wellbeing.

Policy, Economics, & Regulationi

These courses explore the business, economic, and policy frameworks that shape the energy sector. From global market dynamics and climate regulations to environmental management and governance, students gain insight into how decisions and policies drive or hinder adoption of clean and efficient energy.

Sample Careersi

These courses offer a practical view of career paths in energy, highlighting opportunities in production, distribution, safety, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Emphasis is placed on real-world skill development—such as green building, utility operations, and business leadership—preparing learners for diverse roles in the evolving energy industry.
