OPPD

Omaha Public Power District, like many other industry companies, sponsors Employee Resource Groups to create communities for employees based on gender, race and ethnic identification, etc. These groups play many important roles, including helping to recruit, mentor and foster diversity and inclusion with new and tenured employees.

 

Duke Energy

Duke Energy was named to the Human Rights Campaign’s 2020 “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” list with a perfect score of 100 percent in its Corporate Equality Index.

Lincoln Electric Systems offers free Spanish and sign language classes for employees to help them better engage with their colleagues and community.
